Alright, here we go. On January 15th, United Airlines flight 744, an Airbus A319, left the gate in Denver 39 minutes late at 8:14PM MST, headed for Santa Barbara. One hour and 20 minutes later, the First Officer stated the captain was completely incoherent, declared a medical emergency and asked for a diversion to Las Vegas. At present, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is not required to investigate pilot incapacitations unless there was damage to the aircraft or an unusual external event like severe turbulence that caused the incapacitation. Considering the known adverse effects of the covid shot that was mandated into pilots, all pilot incapacitations need to be fully investigated. There are tests that can be done to detect excess blood clotting or heart damage, either of which can lead to incapacitations. The biologically active proteins responsible for the damage and clotting can be detected, and they are vaccine specific.
The FAA doesn’t even keep track of who got these shots, when they got them, and what brand of shot it was. This information needs to become a permanent part of pilot medical records. That way we can have a base line of information to draw from to determine correlations to pilot incapacitations.
Aeromedical examiners, the doctors who issue pilots their medical certificates, should be given guidance on what kinds of tests they can perform in their offices to detect possible clotting issues or heart damage. These simple noninvasive tests can involve looking at retinal capillaries for possible clumping of red blood cells, or blood tests to look for cardiac specific troponin levels. The d-dimer test is another possibility but can be misleading in some cases. Also, PR intervals on the ECG strips that are longer than 2 milliseconds need to be marked for further investigation. Although a PR interval from 21 to 3 milliseconds can be normal, subclinical myocarditis can also extend the interval beyond 2 milliseconds. The current stance of the FAA is; no symptoms, no problem with an extended PR interval. It IS a problem as about half the cases of vaccine induced myocarditis have no symptoms. I addressed that here.
None of those tests will immediately ground a pilot, but a definitive diagnosis of myocarditis will, as myocarditis can result in sudden and unexpected cardiac death. There are other conditions that are listed as adverse reactions to the covid shots, like seizures, that will prohibit a pilot from being issued a medical certificate as well. These conditions will either temporarily or permanently end a pilot’s career. As such, there needs to be pay protection for pilots that were forced to get the shot and subsequently grounded. The pay protection is something that would need to be negotiated with pilot unions, and would probably take the form of a guaranteed monthly pay that would increase with their projected seniority instead of a lump sum settlement.
Additionally, all mRNA platform shots into flight crews must be prohibited. The proteins created by the injections are biologically active and will attach to cellular receptors all along the vascular system, and other organ tissues. The immune system will attack and destroy those cells, resulting in various pathologies, many of which can be delayed.

I hesitated to share what I did and maybe shouldn’t have. I guess the distinction might be that for pilots who were already at Delta in 2020 they were not mandated. The person I spoke to expected the mandate to come and left Delta temporarily for other employment in either 2020 or 2021. But he went back at some point before last summer. In his opinion there are a number of unvaxxed pilots like himself currently flying for Delta. As I said I’m sharing it for what it’s worth. I believe him to be truthful but I’m not claiming to have all the facts. I’m glad I have this info and thought some other readers of this Substack and others like it might be glad to have it too since for me at least it has helped me deal with occasionally needing to fly in this post-vax era.
