It’s important to understand that professional pilots are the most highly-scrutinized group of workers in any industry. Not just medical checks, but competency (roughly three times per year) and peer-wise (most aircraft have at least two pilots). Any “anomalies” are recorded and investigated. Those records are available to the public under the FOIA. The trick is getting these agencies to release the information…
